Role Overview
We’re looking for a Lending Product Manager to take ownership of our loan products, from origination through to servicing. You’ll play a key role in shaping our lending strategy, collaborating with engineering, data, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features across our loan origination systems (LOS) and credit infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for lending products: ideation, planning, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Design and improve workflows for invoice financing, and personal loans.
- Drive platform enhancements including underwriting, risk rules, scorecards, and disbursement logic.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into user stories and functional specs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to prioritize backlogs and deliver product features on time.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve usability and portfolio performance.
- Support internal and external stakeholders (e.g., lenders, partners) with product training, demos, and documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in lending, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital lending flows, including origination, KYC, underwriting, and repayment.
- Experience working with technical teams and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics and user behavior.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: familiarity with LOS platforms, or integration with banking/payment APIs.
