Delivery Manager

Nikel is an embedded SME lender. We provide end-to-end lending solutions to banks
and technology companies in Southeast Asia. We believe the only way to solve the small business credit gap is by making lending more affordable. At Nikel, we offer the
borrowers the ability to easily configure whatever type of loan needed, by using our
APIs to embed the solution within Borrowers’ existing offering and benefit from Nikel
analytics to power robust credit decisions.
Role
The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with various departments, and driving project execution for seamless delivery from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating across Product, Tech, Data, and Sales teams.
- Establish, track, and manage delivery timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, priorities, and resources.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes for efficiency and quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation to support project success.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and addressing issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably within a tech or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle issues proactively and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management software.
