Role Overview
This role requires a candidate with hands-on experience in ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS for API interactions. You should be skilled in unit testing and end-to-end testing, with a focus on delivering robust, user-friendly applications. Knowledge of software design patterns, debugging tools, and CI/CD is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize scalable front-end applications using React (preferred) or Angular, ensuring both responsiveness and performance.
• Collaborate with backend teams to implement features and ensure accurate data flow, either directly from the backend to frontend or through a workflow module.
• Work with backend APIs and services to integrate data efficiently, validating and transforming data as needed.
• Use tools like Postman to test APIs, verifying proper data transmission and functionality between frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs while maintaining responsiveness across all devices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues, focusing on data integrity, performance, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving architectural and coding standards.
• Stay current with the latest front-end development technologies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance workflows, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in front-end development, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
• Proficient in React.js and Angular.
• Experience in integrating with backend services, whether directly or through workflow modules, ensuring accurate data handling and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end build tools.
• Skilled in API testing and debugging, using tools such as Postman.
• Keen attention to detail, especially in ensuring the accuracy of data transfer between the backend and frontend.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with progressive web applications (PWAs).
• Knowledge of fintech regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Familiarity with performance testing and optimization techniques.
• Experience with design tools like Figma.
